How does it work?
Purchasing a subscription to this training content is simple. Choose the subscription option period (6, 12 or 24 months) and add to basket. Follow the checkout procedure to pay for your subscription using credit or debit card. On the order completion page you can download a link to the training and view your invoice (you will need the invoice number to access the training each time you open it). We will also send you confirmation with a link and invoice number by email. And remember we are here to help if you get stuck.

The Link - The downloaded link is an HTML5 menu page where you can stream the video, select chapters and launch the online knowledge assessment. Try it out right here (Different title as example)

Expiration and Registration - To help you we've made the download link ready to go as soon as you receive it. During the initial period your expiration date and registration may display as 'pending...' on the menu page but this will be updated in due course to reflect your order details. The video and assessment will automatically become inactive at the end of your subscription period. WARNING: The training must only be viewed at the registered facility.

Requirements - You'll need an up-to-date web browser with javascript enabled, a suitably fast internet connection to stream the video (there are 2 quality options) and FlashPlayer to run the knowledge assessment. We know that IT issues can sometimes prevent a smooth experience so we've made a sample you can test right here (Different title as example).
