Shipping & Delivery
Shipment of goods will normally be between 1 to 2 working days with transit times between 2 - 5 days depending on destination. Large orders may take longer to process. At customer request MVI will estimate delivery times but cannot guarantee arrival dates.  A handling and shipment charge will be applied to each order and will be displayed in full before payment transaction. Shipment will be made via DHL or FedEx couriers or equivalent service to full postal addresses (not PO Boxes). MVI make every effort to maintain customer data in a secure manner through robust internal policy and regulatory compliance.  Credit card transactions are processed by Secure Trading, a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.   MVI holds and maintains personal data in line with the EU's GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and is registered with the ICO (Information Commisioner's Office) in the United kingdom.  MVI will not pass customer details to third parties.back up

Returns & Replacements
To return an item it must be unopened and with the license and adhesive seal intact within 1 month of original delivery.  We will not refund our handling and shipping fees or any shipping fees that you incur returning the item(s).  Items received in faulty or damaged condition will be exchanged immediately at no cost if MVI is notified within 2 months of purchase.  Items lost or damaged by the end user within 2 years of purchase may be replaced at MVI's discretion for a reduced cost of 30% the current retail price plus shipping costs.   back up

Ordering & Payment
MVI does not offer account terms and it is a condition of sale that payment must be received prior to shipment of goods by: Credit card at this website, subject to all resonable security checks (3D secure and CSC). or Cheque, or Bank transfer by arrangement with MVI. Proforma invoices may be requested and MVI will be happy to accept purchase orders by fax, email or mail. All charges including handling and shipping and applicable taxes will be shown before payment transaction. A receipted invoice will be sent by post, email or with goods as appropriate.back up

EU Sales Tax (VAT)
Customers located in the UK and EU (European Union) will be required to pay standard UK VAT on all sales at 20%. These taxes will be displayed before order completion. EU customers with a valid tax registration number are exempt from the VAT charge. When selecting 'Country' at checkout there is an option to enter EU VAT number. Customers outside the EU are not required to pay UK or EU tax.back up
